Small area of floor in downstairs toilet has been wet/damp for a couple of months, although it has dried up a bit in past week. Plumber has confirmed that it is not due to any pipe/cistern/waste-pipe leaks. It must therefore be some sort of seepage from below, although relevant floor is above ground level. Is this a builder or drainage specialist job, please?
