Toilet understairs & Soil Pipe

Posted by Matt Cooper, on
I have a cupboard in the kitchen where I am removing a wall to expand under the stairs. I want to fit a toilet under the stairs so require a soil pipe. The best option would be out in the hall and straight through the kitchen. Is it as simple as getting a breaker and digging a trench for someone to lay a pipe? Will it make the floor have movement later on if laying a floor? Do I need any planning approval? Sink in to soil pipe an option? Thanks in advance Matt
