I'd like to buy a house that only has a downstairs toilet. I'd like a toilet installed into the current bathroom upstairs (only has shower and sink), but it will be at the front of the house and the soil stack is at the back of the house. Also, access around the side of the house is limited as the side forms the end of the neighbour's garden. Can this be done or will it be tricky? Many thanks.
