Adding a waste pipe to inspection chamber

Posted by Finnbar Eiles, on
Hi, I am currently having the patio laid in my garden and I am wondering whether it is worth future proofing my property to any possible developments by adding a new waste pipe to the rear of the house. The reason for this would be to help with the potential of a loft conversion. There is not great access to the inspection chamber at the back of the house at the moment.

If you have a chamber near by it can easily be used for a waste connection. It can then be capped off at ground level or just under the new slab ready for your future loft conversion. Well worth doing now rather than pulling the slabs up again. Thanks Tommy
