Hello, A Saniflo system or similar would pump the waste water back up to a drain. You would require electric for this.
Toilet and sink installation in a Garden Building

Hi, I am looking to put a sink and toilet in to a Garden Building. Unfortunately the garden slopes away from the house and so accessing the exisiting drain system will be difficult/not possible. I am happy to go with a composting toilet to solve the toilet problem but would still like running water and a sink. Am I allowed to drain the sink in to a soakaway? If not what other drainage solutions are there, and does any of this require planning permission?
