Where to relocate the drains being engulfed in the extension.

I need advice on the positioning of a manhole that is being engulfed by a side/rear extension.
The link provided contains location of two man holes (marked A & B) in the property their flow, relative location with regards to current /proposed extension and the site location of 5 Stratton Road.(page 17 & 19 of pdf)
Can someone please suggest the new route for the sewer and the drainage.
