Hi there I have a question-lead rain water pipe, inside a brickwork with panelling in front of the brickwork. There is a screw coming inside the lead pipe. Can we repair the pipe without removing the panelling and the brickwork as this is a working restaurant. Restaurant is on the ground floor and just above restaurant front there is a balcony. From the balcony start this lead pipe and the screw is punching at 3.5 m down from the balcony which is somewhere at waist high in the restaurant. Any thoughts and if someone now the solution I'll be in touch
