Upstairs neighbours bath water coming up through our shower

When we have a shower the water drains no problem. However whenever our upstairs neighbour has a bath we get all the bubbles and bathwater coming up through our shower drain and all the bubbles also come out the drain in the garden. What do you think the problem is and how can we fix it?
