Interested in purchasing a flat in London and it has an internal inspection chamber inside the kitchen extension (understand this to be a sewage pipe)
I have not come across this type of arrangement in the past and it is putting me off wanting to purchase.
Are these types of arrangements common on existing extensions? (Understand Thames water no longer allows it)
How difficult is it to move the inspection chamber to outside the property when the extension is already in place (approx 14 years old). Any rough idea of costs?
