I would like to take out an existing gas oven and replace with an electric oven. What type of tradesman would be the best to look for?

Hi Mike, You would need a gas safe registered engineer to ensure that the gas pipe is made safe. You would also need an electrician to provide a supply (if required) and connect the new oven. The gas safe engineer may also be qualified to fit the new electric oven, or they may know of someone who is. Regards Carl Stator Electrical Solutions Ltd - Nottingham
