Sticking a power outlet back to the wall?

Hi, can I use something like Gripfill or No more nails to stick the plastic housing of a two socket power outlet back to the wall in my bedroom. The adhesive fixing it to the wall has deteriorated and the socket is just hanging by the internal wiring.

Good morning Ben, I would not recommend sticking the back box back to the wall because the wall may be damp or the chemical in the brick work is reacting with the adhesive, so the best thing is to call an electrician to help you. Thank you. Regards, NIsh Maroo
