An Electrical Installation Certificate should be provided by the installing electrician when a new consumer unit (fuse board) is installed or an old one is replaced
Do we need an electrical certificate?

We have had wiring done in our church building by a qualified electrician. A new box and sockets etc... Does this need to have a certificate, because we have'nt been given one and we cannot get hold of the electrician.
