Hi Chris, After a tradesman expresses interest in your job and pays to see your contact details, we send you their details and a link to their profile page and ratings. You can view his/her profile page (and ratings) by clicking the link in the email. You can also access each tradesman's profile page by logging in to your account online and selecting 'My jobs' from the main navigation bar. Details of your posted job will come up and you'll be shown a list of tradesmen interested in your job along with the links to their profile pages. We also add their details to your My Tradesmen address book if you have download the Find a Tradesman mobile app. I hope this helps. Best Wishes, Natalie [email protected]
