Hi Derek You must have bonding done to water pipes and gas meter as it is requirement by low under 17 th Edition of Wiring to a new boards .

Hi Derek, How did the Electrician sigh off the work.You must have your water and Gas Bonding,and going back to the new 17th edition Board,As the Electricians past is 17th Edition test. Regard Alan
