Hi Stacey, completely agree with Les it sounds more like a light fitting issue rather than general electrical problems. All fittings fail over time and this is hastened with removal and refitting. Regards, Matt.

Hi Stacey, if some of each light fitting is working but other parts of the same fitting are not working (even when you replace a lamp) then the problem is probably within the light fitting. It may be possible to repair the fittings but it may be worth considering replacing them. There is a good choice of energy saving light fittings available, which may save you money in running costs while still providing a good light.
Dear Stacey I would suggest to post your job description under electricity maintenance and repair as it could be a problem with circuit so electrician would be able to test it and rectify a problem.
