Hi Martin It seems to be like brushes stuck or faulty belt or blocked pump I would suggest to post job description on main website then 3 local domestic appliances engineers will contact you to obtain a quote for repair Best regards Rafal

Hello there, This is probably the motor brushes on the main motor or the control module. If water is still in the machine then the pump may be blocked, but usually these faults are down to motor brushes, thanks, Ian

Is the washing machine going through it's program as normal, but just not spinning? If so, It sounds like the brushes have gone. These are easy to replace by a domestic appliance engineer and the brushes usually cost under £10.
