HI Maryam, I would suggest that the wiring from the faulty socket be tested back to the socket/junction box where it picks up its feed from....If this has been done and proved to be failing the test, then the cable will need to be replaced
This is a simple job to diagnose. If connections are all tight a continuity test should be done on the cable to confirm the cable is not damaged. Even if a core is damaged another core could be used. Check the connections in the rear of the socket. Telephone cables come in single strand four or six cables and slot into very small terminals. Most are push fit and it is likely that one of the leads isn't quite making contact
