hi there You need to eliminate whether or not your shaving appliance works. So plug it into a socket via adaptor or take to a family or friends house and try it in there bathroom if it works then you know that you have a problem with the socket. I would then repost the job get a qualified electrician to come out and have a look could be the unit or the wiring
Hi Petula-Jane First of all you need to know if it's not just a faulty appliance. Have you tried more than one item in the shaver unit? And have you tried the appliance in another socket using an adaptor? If your sure the appliances are ok then it might be time to post on Rated People for an Electrician. They will check the supply to the shaver unit is still ok. And if it is, it should be just a case of replacing the unit. Regards Thomas
