Hi Andrew The same question was asked by Lynee 2 days ago Ideally you need both. If a new circuit is required it will be notifiable under Part P so will require certified electrician to sign off so best to get an electrician and if he cant do the plumbing he will know a plumber who will do this for you Hope this helps Russ
