Electric towel heater

Why is my electric towel heater cold? I have changed the fuse, in the on/off switch. No joy.

Hi Jim Are the mcb's or fuses ok at the consumer unit? Check these. How long has it been not working? You may need an electrician out to determine the problem Thanks Russ
