Hi Shirley, There's probably not too many electricians willing to do the job because, usually in a loft there are no power cables but only lighting cables. So even though it looks like a small job, it could be quite a hassle to run a cable to supply a socket in a loft if you want no damage to the walls and ceilings. Regards, Cornelius Cretu
Hi Shirley Where are you based? If your local (ish) to me I would be happy to do this for you. Tradesman pay RP just to get your details Most people are unaware of this. They will advertise a job for 100 which RP charge us 6.40 plus vat. Nobody buys the lead so they update the job and put a 250 budget on which RP then charge us 11.40 plus vat You see what I mean.
