Hi Rita, If the downlights are fire rated and every connection was safely enclosed, you shouldn't worry about a fire. If the downlights are not fire rated you can get some fire hoods and have an electrician fit them. Regards,

I have had some 3.5 W GU10 LED downlights fitted straight into my main electrical ceiling line (?) and I am still worried about a fire, should I be worried about a fire
Do I need covers for these?
If yes, what spec should they be for 3.5W LED?
