Hello Colin, Given the above information and assuming it's only a single phase supply required, a 4-6mm 3 core SWA cable could be used to provide the necessary power to your garage. I would lean more toward using the 6mm 3 core SWA in case you wish to add any further electrical equipment in the future. If however it is a 3 phase supply the cable size would be 2.5mm 5 core SWA.
