I am looking for an all-in quote for a partial refurbishment. Rewiring, new kitchen, fitted bedroom furniture, painting and decorating. The property is an old bungalow with two bedrooms, lounge and dining room. Approx. room sizes. Bedrooms 13`x l0`4. Kitchen 13` x 7`4. Lounge 16` x 12. Dining Room 13`9 x 12.5.
