Hi RP are just an introductory service between you and the tradesman.Its down to you to look at the tradesmans feedback from other jobs etc and choose who you want to carry out the work. If the tradesman was reg with a governing body for their work ie NICIEC or NAPIT you could try and contact them,they may be able to assist you. Thanks Russ
