Electrical condition report quote

Posted by Simon , on
In the process of buying a house (4 bed house), house was built circa 1960's. Believe it would be prudent to get electrical system checked. Property based in gosport, hampshire.

If you are buying a house and have had a valuation recommending an electrical check then it’s in your interest to pay for this. It could uncover a wealth of problems that you could be made aware of before you proceed with the purchase and also allow you to make a reduced offer if for example the property needs rewiring. Alternatively it could prove that the electrics are sound and that you have no issues (or just minor ones). Hope this helps
