Permanently disable house alarm

How can I permanently deactivate/disable an old house alarm?

If you do that what Russell said it will make the sounder go off on the out side of the house, so it needed to be disconnected there too. Thanks

Normally they will have a fused spur adjacent to alarm panel. Remove the fuse. If it’s a direct feed instead you would need an electrician to do it for you Hope this helps Russ
