Kitchen and bathroom ventilation? 1890s terrace - no fans currently

3 storey - kitchen in basement at rear, bathroom on top floor at rear. Currently tilt and turn windows only. I was thinking run a cooker vent boxed in on top of cupboards and make in hole in rear and a humidity sensor operated bathroom fan in the window or wall. Approx how much for both jobs separately?
