Bathroom ceiling light noticeably dimmed 1 week ago. Purchased replacement led lightbulb and pulled light out of ceiling. But it seems to be some kind of sealed unit and could just release the bulb and replace it. Lightbulb is still working but is now flashing like a strobe. Does this sound like a lightbulb issue and if so how do I replace it? Or is it a bigger issue and need to replace the whole unit. If so what kind of unit is it? I have photographs
