Downstairs neighbour claims my flat's electrical 'takeoff' is too much

Hello. My downstairs neighbour had a new electrical supply fitted last week and has just emailed me to say: "the electrician said that your flat's 'take off' from the 100a Isolator is dangerous and would fail an inspection without an isolation unit (about £300 to fit parts & labour)." Does this sound right or not please?
