I'm buying a 1930's semi-detached and the carpet has been lifted and the floor boards revealed but there gaps, chips and holes. What should I do?

It depends on what finished floor you want, you could repair, re-board, ply line or nail a new oak floor over the top. Depends too on budget

What would you like to do now?
