Lift damaged area of kitchen floor tiles and ply beneath

Tiled kitchen floor laid over ply with plastic membrane under ply. Dishwasher leaked onto ply. Resulting in ply now drying out, warping and delaminating therefore pushing up tiles in about a 4 square metre area in front if dishwasher, sink and main food prep zones. Some tiles are now cracking? How feasible is it to lift damaged area, remove damaged ply, replace, seal then re–lay/replace tiles? Total floor area about 4.5 x 5.5 metres. (25m') (Kent)
