Hi Agnes if you have or can obtain replacement sections it maybe possible to make repairs to the floor, repairs near to the edge will be easier to get at and are generally less visible than damage to the middle of the floor. You would need someone to look at the damage to get a definite answer. Ed

yes. however is it glued down. nailed down. is it actually solid wood, because clients interpretations of solid wood is not what it seems. I am a qualified fitter regards Jeff ( Guild Flooring)
