Hi Kevin you need to use a WBP plywood due to the moisture in the bathroom and securely fix it to the floor underneath, avoid using over long fixings that will go through the boards and pierce pipes underneath. Ed
Is plywood the best wood to lay vinyl flooring on?

What wood can I lay vinyl flooring over? I currently have carpet in my bathroom due to an uneven floor and also the wood is chipped in a few places so times and vinyl and laminate was not an option. I now want vinyl fitted in my bathroom but not sure what wood I can lay it on to of.
