Hi Jeremy If your concrete base is just uneven and has no cracks, you are best to use a flexible floor levelling compound to level it off. Please note individual manufacturers preparation notes , if they recommend that you seal the concrete first make sure you do otherwise the levelling compound may separate at a later date.
