I've just moved into an apartment, and I've discovered water damage to the flooring in the cupboard where the washing machine is kept. It's pretty bad so I think it needs replacing. Similar has happened in the bathroom. I think the flooring underneath the tikes needs to be replaced and then the floor needs to be re-tiled. What kind of tradesman would look after this for me?
