I would recommend posting a job for a flooring specialist as the tradesman type. After that, up to three tradespeople will be able to get in touch with you to quote on your job and you'll be able to use their profile pages (which come complete with any ratings and reviews from previous Rated People customers) to help you decide who to hire.
