Skirting boards

I need to have skirting boards removed in front room and downstairs hallway so wooden floor can be taken up. Not sure what that comes under ...Builder OR Carpenter.

I'm a floor fitter and this job would not be a issue for me. I would advertise it in wood floor fitting.
