Ordering catpet

I will be carpeting my stairs, small landing and small bedroom. The carpet I would like to order comes in 13ft widths, my stairs are 22ft long and 4ft wide and my bedroom is only 8ft by 9ft will the off cut from the stairs be adequate for this room?
