We had heavy rain a while back and our kitchen flooded, with the water coming up our sink. I’ve since had the drains cleaned and no further issue. A few weeks ago the was a depression and now next to this a raised section of flooring. It’s hardwood laminate flooring which sits above a cellar. A couple of years back I insulted the floor and just removed some of the insulation to see if I could spot any issues, there is what looks like black mould, do you have any advice looking to stop it getting any worse and what I would need to do/who to get into to repair it.
