Where can i report these people UK woodwork for acting unprofessionaly

I posted a job about laminating my floor got someone from UK Wood worx and did a fantastic job but then a day after one of the noseing came off. I called them back to come and correct the job but they are very rude and acting in a very unprofessional manner and i am very disgusted. I wish if someone could speak to them regarding their behaviour.
