We have a lapsed boundary at the end of our garden that we want to re-establish by planting a hedgerow along it. Can we simply go by lining up along an existing boundary or does it require a qualified surveyor to mark it out? How accurate to the nearest centimeter do party wall laws/regulations require you to be?
