Hi Zeb If your (concrete) post is snapped it will need replacing with a new post . If the concrete mix around the post has become loose simply dig out around post , remove loose mix realign post and place some packing around post to secure and add either postcrete, or concrete mix , backfill, check level of post on front & side, that should be suffice. ideally you would break out the old post mix and clean out the hole, you may have to square the hole up if the soil is loose or breaking away, if the post is broken this would have to be disconnected from the panels and a new one installed. Make sure you then temporary hold the post and panel upright with a plank or something similar , have a semi dry mix of concrete and ram it in hard all around the post up to about 50mm from the top of the surface, then leave to dry and remove support
If the post is broken at the bottom Then post and the ready mix will need replaycing. To avoid this in the future i surgest concreate posts with slot in panels or if you like the wood post effect then use concreate spurs in the ground and bolt your wooden posts to them. Hope this helps

Dear Zeb I would suggest to post job description on main website . Once you've posted a job with us and had a local tradesman quote, you should have been sent an emailed link to his profile. From here, you can read previous customer recommendations and ratings. I hope this will help Best regards Rafal
