Flagger wanted stretford area

Wanted qualified flagger to flag an area approx. 26 feet by ten, work involves cutting some slabs that already laid, a slab wall building and ground building up to lay slabs over some pipe work that is know longer used but cannot be got rid off because of size and council property; flags to be laid will be 2x2 and 3x2 ex council slabs also some well need to be supplied to do the work.
