Hi Peter, I'm afraid we don't offer refunds for jobs that have already been completed, since we can't guarantee how a homeowner will behave after posting a job. It's for this reason that we encourage all tradesmen to contact the homeowner as soon as possible after purchasing the lead as well as encourage customers to allow up to three tradesmen to quote and not go with the first quote. As I'm sure you appreciate, when buying a lead, two other tradesmen are eligible for quoting and you are purchasing the customer's details - not a promised job unfortunately.
