Decking over a beck

Posted by Muhammad Farhan Amin, on
I have a small beck running through the back garden. The beck is nearly 10M deep. 2/3 of the beck is covered permanently and 1/3 (10M x 12M) of the beck is open. We are only allowed to cover the deck using non permanent structure to bring it level to the other 2/3. I have been told that decking can be used as a non permanent structure. I'd like to know whether decking is possible and will it be strong enough to be used as normal? If it is possible then how much would cheapest decking option be?
