The grass has been completely eaten away. We would like to remove top layer and re-turf but keep getting conflicting advice. What's the best plan of action please? It's June some say spray then turf. Others say turf then spray in September. Then someone said spray now, turf and then spray again in September. Others say no that's waste money. Please help.
