I Nancy if you got the landscaper off this site your first option is to contact Rated Peoples customer services to see if they can help. I would then send them a letter recorded delivery ( you should have their address on the quotation you received) asking them to complete the work within a given time or you will be forced to contact your local Trading Standards and take possible legal action against them. Finally I would say that you should NEVER pay for work until you are fully satisfied, let this be a lesson to you! Ed
