I am a sole trader that works with a close friend who is also a sole trader. We don't have a website but will always ensure that we do the job outlined. Sometimes it takes more than one visit but we only charge once. Not everybody is reputable, but that doesn't mean that everyone is a crook either. I would suggest look at the references/ratings as that is the best guide. I always ask potential customers to look at mine. I've been on rated people for a number of years and I have one rating that is four stars while all others are 5. That said things don't always run according to plan but if you are clear and honest generally people understand. Hope this helps Liam
