What category should I put my job under?

I am looking for someone to carry out some work in my back garden. Jobs include knocking down two old brick outbuildings (one of which I believe still contains an outside toilet), clearance of rubbish, digging up existing concrete and replacing with flags/paving, supplying and fitting a new back gate. Should I put this on as one job or several smaller ones? What category would be best? Thank you.
